In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the day77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and day77. To register an Account and use day77 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Services is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. day77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
You are permitted to register and maintain only one Account with day77. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. If day77 detects multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, all Accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
day77 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized them.
You agree to promptly update your Account information if your contact details, residential address, or payment information changes. Outdated information may delay withdrawals, prevent receipt of important communications, and hinder customer support assistance.
You agree not to use your Account for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
day77 accepts deposits through approved payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained and owned by you. You agree not to deposit funds obtained through illegal means or on behalf of third parties. day77 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to reject or return deposits that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your known financial profile.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours. Delays may occur outside of standard banking hours, on weekends, or during public holidays. day77 is not responsible for processing delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
day77 processes withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
day77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Daily withdrawal limits and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and VIP tier. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 20,000,000 (twenty million Indonesian Rupiah) and a monthly limit of Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Higher limits may be available for VIP players upon request.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, day77 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Accounts that deposit and immediately withdraw without wagering, or that show patterns consistent with money laundering, will be flagged for investigation and may be suspended pending review.
day77 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and individuals found to be exploiting promotional offers may have their bonuses voided and Accounts suspended. day77 reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses at its discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus funds and associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for day77 bonuses is 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 1,500,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility.

All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Unused bonuses and unfulfilled wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiration. It is your responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods and complete wagering requirements before expiration.
All Players must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The use of software, devices, or strategies that give unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to automated betting bots, card counting software for live dealer games, exploit scripts, and collusion with other players.
day77 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, and fraudulent activity. Suspected violations will be investigated, and penalties may include Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.
In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or other technical issue that affects game outcomes, day77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players will be notified of voided bets and refunds will be processed to their Real Money Balance. day77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond refunding the affected stakes.

The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, or events beyond our control. day77 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, and no compensation will be provided for downtime.
day77 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and service partners. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. Your relationship with payment providers and banks is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, day77's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. day77 does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You assume all risks associated with using the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless day77, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your Real Money Balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new Account if you wish to use day77 Services in the future (subject to our one-Account-per-person policy).
day77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you:
Upon termination for cause, day77 may forfeit your Account balance (both Real Money and Bonus Balance), void pending bets, and pursue legal action for damages. If termination is for administrative reasons unrelated to your misconduct, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. day77 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact customer support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which day77 is licensed to operate. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Each party bears its own costs; the arbitration award is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against day77.
